The prayer group meet on Tuesday mornings after Mass in St David’s.

St John Kemble Pilgrimage
John Kemble (1599-1679) was a much-loved Catholic priest martyred during the madness of the “Popish Plot”. People have prayed at St. John Kemble’s Grave from the time of his martyrdom in 1679 to the present day
This year’s pilgrimage takes place on Sunday 19th August

Enrich your marriage with a Marriage Encounter Weekend. This is an enrichment weekend for good marriages. Marriage Encounter weekends have proven, time and time again, to be of immense value to couples and their relationship, however long they have been married. All discussions are private to the participating couples. There is no group work.

Rejoice: Encounters with the risen Lord
Monday: Baptism – our call as priest prophet and king and the implications of this for our lives and the world, this involves a call to holiness in its deeper sense
Tuesday:Eucharist – one body and Bread broken, we are called to be broken and shared in the world
Wednesday: Confirmation – anointed, gifted with the power of the Holy Spirit and sent out into the world to bring about the Kingdom
Thursday: Reconciliation – metanoia and its deeper meaning in the life of the community, looking at what it means to be reconciled and to be reconcilers
Friday: The Sacrament of the sick: The need for healing in order to be sent out aspects in our lives and community that need to be healed.
Pilgrimage to Oberammergau 2020
The adult education department of the diocese is running a pilgrimage to the Oberammergau Passion Play in 2020, The tour runs Wednesday 16th – Thursday 24th September 2020.
